This bursary is presented to 5 individuals pursuing a post-secondary program of at least 4 months who demonstrate the following: Community involvement, academic standing, & farm experience.

Young Farmers Award

The Rocky Mountain House Agricultural Society promotes the development of our farming community through the annual Young Farmer Award. Basic criteria include: 18- 39 years of age; may be an individual or partnership (all under 40 yrs old); derive a portion of income from farming; and reside within Clearwater County. Consideration will be given to contributions to the agricultural industry.

Community Activities

The Rocky Mountain House Agricultural Society is pleased to support local community groups involved in youth leadership and agricultural events. Applications are now OPEN for 2026. Groups receiving funding will commit to providing a written report and attending the 2026 AGM.
